If you need to delete your user account in the mobile app, please follow the steps outlined below. Ensure you are certain about this action, as it is permanent and cannot be undone.
Steps to Delete Your Account
Open the App and Access the Account Page:
Tap on the hamburger menu icon located in the top-left corner of the app screen.
From the menu, select "Account" to navigate to your account settings page.
Locate the Delete Option:
Scroll down to the bottom of the account settings page.
Tap on the red "Delete your account" button.
Confirm Deletion:
You will be redirected to a confirmation page.
Read the warning message carefully. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
To confirm deletion, type the word "DELETE" in the provided box.
Once you have typed "DELETE," the "Delete your account" button will become active.
Finalize Deletion:
Tap on the now active "Delete your account" button.
Your account will be permanently deleted, and you will be logged out of the app.
