Workspace Creation: A Step-by-Step Guide

Learn how to set up your workspace to build StoryBirds and Marketplace profiles.

1. Creating Your Workspace:

  • Navigate to the top right corner and click: Workspaces > Create Workspace

  • Add the Name of your Workspace (naming it after your organization is recommended).

  • Click Create Workspace.

2. Using Your Workspace:

  • Your workspace allows you to create Producers Market organization and product profiles, as well as StoryBirds.

  • Once inside your workspace, you'll find a menu on the left. The information you add to the Base Data will be used across your workspace.

3. How to Add Base Data:

  • Organizations:

    • Navigate to: Base Data > Organizations

    • Click Create Organization

    • Enter your organization’s name

    • Click Create Organization

    • Complete all fields.

  • Facilities:

    • Navigate to: Base Data > Facilities

    • Click Create Facility

    • Enter the facility name

    • Click Create Facility

    • Complete the required fields (Facility Name and Facility Location). Optional fields can be filled if available.

  • Products:

    • Navigate to: Base Data > Products

    • Click Create Product

    • Enter the product name

    • Click Create Product

    • Add the product’s name, description, and main facility.

  • Media:

    • Navigate to: Base Data > Media

    • Click Add Media

    • Drag & drop media files or select them from your computer.
