1. Creating Your Workspace:
Navigate to the top right corner and click: Workspaces > Create Workspace
Add the Name of your Workspace (naming it after your organization is recommended).
Click Create Workspace.
2. Using Your Workspace:
Your workspace allows you to create Producers Market organization and product profiles, as well as StoryBirds.
Once inside your workspace, you'll find a menu on the left. The information you add to the Base Data will be used across your workspace.
3. How to Add Base Data:
Organizations:
Navigate to: Base Data > Organizations
Click Create Organization
Enter your organization’s name
Click Create Organization
Complete all fields.
Facilities:
Navigate to: Base Data > Facilities
Click Create Facility
Enter the facility name
Click Create Facility
Complete the required fields (Facility Name and Facility Location). Optional fields can be filled if available.
Products:
Navigate to: Base Data > Products
Click Create Product
Enter the product name
Click Create Product
Add the product’s name, description, and main facility.
Media:
Navigate to: Base Data > Media
Click Add Media
Drag & drop media files or select them from your computer.
