The first step to creating your Producers Market Profile is by adding information to the Base Data section of the left-side menu.
Add Base Data
Organizations:
Navigate to: Base Data > Organizations
Click Create Organization
Enter your organization’s name
Click Create Organization
Complete all fields.
Facilities:
Navigate to: Base Data > Facilities
Click Create Facility
Enter the facility name
Click Create Facility
Complete the required fields (Facility Name and Facility Location). Optional fields can be filled if available.
Products:
Navigate to: Base Data > Products
Click Create Product
Enter the product name
Click Create Product
Add the product’s name, description, and main facility.
Media:
Navigate to: Base Data > Media
Click Add Media
Drag & drop media files or select them from your computer.
Once you've added your Base Data, you can start creating your profiles.
Creating Profiles
To Create an Organization Profile:
Navigate to: Producers Market > Profiles
Click Create Profile
Choose profile type: Organization
Select your organization’s name from the dropdown menu.
Click Create Profile.
Review the auto-filled name and description from Base Data.
Add your logo and banner.
Upload photos to your Media Gallery.
Click Preview.
To Create a Product Profile:
Navigate to: Producers Market > Profiles
Click Create Profile
Choose profile type: Product
Select your product’s name from the dropdown menu.
Click Create Profile.
Review the auto-filled name and description from Base Data.
Add the Organization Profile (the product's organization).
Add photos to your Media Gallery if not already added in the Base Data.
Click Preview.
Repeat the above steps for each of your products.
